Kids Eat Right: Sports Fueling for Kids

TGIF bloggies! I’ve been patiently waiting all week but it’s finally here! Let the weekend begin! I  hope you all have fantastic plans this weekend. I know I sure do….fun in the sun!
Today we’re back with more healthy kid tips for National “Kids Eat Right” month. As fit parents we want fit kids. We understand that a healthy life is a happy one. We’re always encouraging them to play sports, enjoy the outdoors, and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. It’s important to remember that while children have far more energy for activities than we may, they also require very different nutrition as well. They are still growing and developing. Growth spurts come and go and nutritional demands can be high. We must always strive to help them maintain proper nutrition so that they can continue to grow in a healthy way while performing their best.
