Healthy eating starts with healthy food choices. You don’t need to be a chef to create nutritious, heart-healthy meals your family will love. During the Healthy Heart Program you will learn what to look for at the grocery store, how to makeover your pantry and how to cook healthier without sacrificing on taste. And with a heart healthy recipes at your finger tips, you’ll be armed for delicious success!
During the optional 4-Week virtual challenge you will learn to move more while having FUN! We’ll explore ways to get you moving all month long. We’ve prepared a library of on-demand workouts so that you find forms of exercise you like and will stick with, and build more opportunities to be active on your own time.
How do you want to live? Along with eating right and being active, real health includes self-care. During the Healthy Hearts program we’ll learn ways to focus on getting enough sleep, practicing mindfulness, managing stress, keeping mind and body fit, connecting socially, and more.
