Training Check In: Half Ironman Weeks 2-3

Hey there sweaties! I hope your week is going well! We’re one day past hump day which means the week is ALMOST over. I can’t wait for the weekend! I have so much to do but I’m still excited. The kids start school this upcoming Monday and we still need haircuts, shoes, and a few clothing items. Oh! and my son’s first scrimmage is tomorrow followed by our school pride night Saturday. I have a feeling this football Mom life is going to keep me busy. Whew! I guess that explains why I’m so late uploading all my vlogs. I finally had some time last night to get a few done so here you go:
