Sweaty Love

This week (or last week actually, I’m a week behind) in the #NoExcuses #SweatPink challenge we have been asked to spread some love to our fellow sweaties. Honestly, I love all my sweaties, they each inspire me in different ways every single day. Today, however, I wanted to take the opportunity to show some love for two of my most inspirational ladies. They may not know me, but (after following them on social media) I feel like I know enough about them to know THEY ROCK.These two ladies embody the #NoExcuses movement, exemplify what it is to truly sweat pink, and really make a difference in lives of others. So without further ado let me introduce you to…

Liz (The Crunchy Chic)

Liz is actually a new #SweatPink Ambassador, congrats ma’am! I first met Liz on Instagram as The Crunchy Chic when I went on one of my following sprees. I thought her gallery would make a great addition to my feed because her posts were filled with motivation, fitness fun, and of course family photos. After visiting her blog I discovered she was a woman after my own heart. She is a fitness and nutrition specialist who “not only teaches people the small steps to take to be healthier but teaches them to teach others.” Brav-o Liz! I work everyday with children and parents to try and teach them how to live healthier. Many times this means teaching parents how to teach their children what it takes to be healthy. I know first hand that the best changes occur when someone knows the material well enough to teach someone else so I commend her approach. In addition to her passions for nutrition and fitness, Liz also has a passion for her faith. It recently took her on a mission to Haiti! I cannot imagine the bravery it takes to go out and embark on a loving journey in the name of something more powerful than yourself. What a beautiful and life changing experience that must have been! All this amazingness and she still has the time to be a fit mom and yogi wanna-be. Liz I applaud you ma’am and if your reading this…it’s nice to meet you! 😉

Next up is….

Lindsay Sanii (She-Mom)

I was first introduced to Lindsay through the #NoExcuses challenge. I’m sure we’ve crossed paths on the the SPA sites before now but I took me seeing her baby bump in action to really notice this fit mamma’s talents. If you need motivation to get moving, just check out one of the posts on her Instagram or Facebook pages. I promise, she wont disappoint! This woman has a toddler, is pregnant, and can move like she’s a 19 year old fitness trainer working out like it’s her first time! She makes me winded just watching her! Not to mention, she does it all while keeping her tiny tot entertained and even getting her involved. What a role model! Her web page “She-Mom” is dedicated to helping moms of all shapes and sizes meet their health and fitness goals. As most of moms know, we often leave little time for ourselves. The fact that Lindsay has made it her job to help fellow moms look and feel their best wins an award in my book. Lindsay if your reading this, it’s nice to meet you 😉 ….and BTW I loved your article on post baby uglies and marital complacency. I read it out loud to my husband and we both had a chuckle because it sounded so much like us!

Let me just say that the Sweat Pink community has been one of the most inspirational places for me. Every single woman (and man) that I have met here has been so uplifting and inspiring. I could never have imagine a place where I would meet so many wonderful woman.

Happy Running!

Along with the whole thing that appears to be building within this subject matter, your viewpoints tend to be relatively radical. On the other hand, I am sorry, but I can not subscribe to your whole plan, all be it refreshing none the less. It seems to us that your comments are actually not entirely rationalized and in simple fact you are yourself not fully confident of your point. In any case I did appreciate reading through it.
